The IT Intern supports the IT department by managing device inventory, performing maintenance, assisting with onboarding, troubleshooting hardware, and maintaining records.

The IT intern assists with technology maintenance, inventory management, hardware setup, and basic troubleshooting, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

Provide onsite IT support by maintaining device inventory and database records, performing hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, assisting with onboarding/offboarding logistics and account setup/removal, updating the IT knowledgebase, and supporting IT staff with documentation and process improvements.
