Provide advanced clerical and executive-level secretarial support, manage office operations (records, purchasing, accounts), prepare reports/Agendas/minutes/presentations, handle customer service and communications, coordinate special projects, mentor assigned staff, perform data entry and liaison duties, and participate in public health emergency preparedness activities.

Analyze county and user needs to design and implement sustainable systems solutions. Provide technical support, document requirements, develop process maps, validate reporting and integrations, train staff, and participate in county-wide projects supporting system development and implementation.

Serve as an HR business partner focused on compensation and classification: perform job evaluations, market pricing, internal equity analyses, prepare compensation reports, advise leaders on pay decisions, support incentive and equity administration, improve Workday/HRIS data flows, manage job descriptions, investigate employee issues, and help develop HR strategies and workforce plans.
