Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native, DevOps-focused software using TypeScript, Java, Node.js, React, Postgres, and AWS. Ensure security, performance, and scalability; modernize legacy components; troubleshoot and root-cause issues. Mentor junior engineers, contribute to architecture, and responsibly use AI-assisted coding tools to streamline development while validating AI outputs.

Lead platform architecture and strategy for automotive retail solutions. Define high-level designs, interfaces, non-functional requirements, and architectural runway. Guide engineers and architects, align multiple release trains, advocate solutions, and ensure scalable cloud-native, API-first implementations across distributed teams and systems.

Lead release-level change planning and adoption across concurrent technology releases. Coordinate core change partners, mentor practitioners, ensure ADKAR-aligned deliverables, monitor adoption and resistance, and improve change processes using AI-assisted tools.
