Design, build, and operate a centralized Enterprise AI Integration Platform (MCP) including the AI Gateway server, Redis session layer, on-demand connector provisioning, observability, CI/CD, security controls, and connector implementations for enterprise data sources.

Lead integration architecture for the Xtime fixed-ops portfolio, defining standards, patterns, and interfaces for OEM, partner, and DMS integrations. Drive enterprise and systems architecture, establish integration roadmaps, support partner onboarding/certification, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, multi-cloud platform solutions.

Manage and process vehicle title and registration documents, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Communicate with customers, dealerships, financial institutions, and agencies to resolve discrepancies, track outstanding titles, update internal systems, and support auction and sale-day transactions while delivering strong customer service.

Manage and grow relationships with existing Cox Business clients through consultative selling. Upsell and cross-sell cloud, managed services, data connectivity, voice, and TV solutions. Prospect new business, maintain pipeline and forecast data, handle contract renewals and negotiations, and ensure client satisfaction. Hybrid role with minimal travel (approx. 5%).

Manage and mature Cox's enterprise risk management program, including the risk register, assessments, KRIs/KPIs, dashboards, and governance reporting. Facilitate senior-level risk workshops, drive remediation tracking, brief executives and the Board, and partner across functions (Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, HR, Internal Audit) to embed risk framework and culture.

Manage and grow a territory of franchise and independent dealerships, driving subscription revenue, retention and referrals. Use CRM and analytics to identify opportunities, deliver consultative, data-driven recommendations, conduct business reviews, pursue cross-sell/upsell, support onboarding/implementation, and resolve client issues. Frequent travel within assigned territory required.

Manage a regional portfolio of 100–140 dealer accounts to drive retention, utilization, and upsells of vAuto products. Build dealer relationships, perform needs assessments, launch accounts, run onsite/virtual engagements, remediate at-risk clients, and generate additional revenue through account expansion and product adoption.

Review and investigate vehicle sale claims per company policy. Coordinate with internal teams, validate documentation, negotiate resolutions, apply financial approval limits, communicate outcomes, maintain case files, and escalate complex issues to management.
