Manages full-cycle recruiting for Aviation Maintenance Technicians and administrative staff. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, extending offers, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining accurate ATS records. Requires corporate recruiting experience and proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and preferably JSFirm.

Provide student-facing administrative and scheduling support for the Airline Career Pilot Program: verify schedules, coach students, administer FAA knowledge tests via CATS, coordinate checkrides with DPEs, update student tracking systems, conduct orientations and housing inspections, and liaise with other ATP departments to ensure on-time, on-budget training completion.

The Sales Development Manager will enhance sales processes, drive enrollment growth, optimize lead conversion, and coach teams to improve performance metrics within the Airline Career Pilot Program.
