Support design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs. Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and pay analyses for hires, promotions, and adjustments. Maintain compensation data, reports, and systems; support merit and incentive administration, compliance, audits, and compensation projects while partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders.
