Provide HR administrative support for recruitment and employment compliance across WSU campuses. Serve as main contact for recruitment activities, process background checks, coordinate new employee orientation, maintain records and reports, respond to applicants and managers, and assist HR Consulting with resources, presentations, and HR communications while maintaining confidentiality.

Lead coordination and improvement of graduate student recruitment, advising, records, and policy across a multi-campus college. Manage budgets, strategic planning, data collection/analysis/reporting for ~15 programs, and collaborate on web content, accreditation reporting, and recruitment/retention materials. Present findings to administrators and external ranking bodies and work with assessment staff to tailor data for accreditation and program evaluation.

Manage daily financial administration for the College of Education, Sport, and Human Sciences. Oversee fiscal staff, resource allocation, Workday approvals, budgeting, reporting, and provide financial support for Field & Certification Services. Perform complex fiscal analyses, apply policies, and act as primary contact for college fiscal tasks and projects.

Provide administrative program support for the College of Education: respond to student/faculty/staff inquiries about field services and certification; maintain complex records and documents; assist Director with multi-campus, statewide practicum placements; help complete required background clearances for placements/employment in Washington public schools.

Provide fiscal support for the Biological Systems Engineering department: process and analyze purchasing requests, reconcile P-Card transactions, oversee WEX card program, manage assets and surplus, assist with travel, payroll, account reconciliation, and ensure compliance with university fiscal policies and procedures.
