The Digital Marketing Specialist will enhance VCEA's visibility through social media, manage digital platforms, produce multimedia content, and use analytics to guide decisions.

Preside over full adjudicative student conduct hearings (e.g., Title IX, hazing), manage hearing processes end-to-end, rule on procedural/evidentiary matters, issue written decisions and sanctions, maintain records, support policy/training, and contribute to continuous improvement and university service.

Lead benefits administration for Washington State University, manage PEBB/HCA programs and benefits staff, resolve complex benefit issues, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, manage vendors, and provide outreach and communication to faculty and staff.

Provide entry-level IT customer support to Student Affairs staff: prioritize requests, troubleshoot and resolve endpoint and remote user issues, consult customers, recommend standard solutions, and escalate complex problems under close supervision.

Serve as principal fiscal advisor for the Chemistry department: manage budgeting, fiscal analysis, resource allocation, supervise fiscal staff, ensure compliance with university policies, and support planning to meet programmatic and financial goals.

Serve as senior specialist and first-line supervisor for post-award grant and contract accounting. Manage complex award portfolios, ensure GAAP compliance, devise processes for compliance issues, support Sponsored Program Services systemwide, and provide expert guidance on allowability, allocability, and reasonableness of expenses.

Perform complex fiscal processes and analysis including purchasing, travel vouchers, payroll functions, budget analysis, grant administration, P-card reconciliation, tuition and Summer Session calculations, and support for external audits. Prepare management reports, handle cash and switchboard duties, and assist contracts and accounting tasks with minimal supervision.

Serve as the primary on-site representative for WSU's Seattle office, managing administrative and operational functions, coordinating executive activities, leading cross-campus project planning, advising leadership on space, events, and program execution, and ensuring operational effectiveness and resource coordination.
