Manage and administer Red Cross services for U.S. military members and families, build external partnerships, lead volunteer recruitment and supervision, track metrics, manage budgets, provide referrals, and recommend program improvements to ensure effective service delivery.

Plan and execute communications and marketing strategies to raise Red Cross visibility, support revenue generation, manage media relations, produce web and social content, coordinate cross-functional marketing, train and supervise communications volunteers, serve as spokesperson when needed, and occasionally deploy to support disaster response.

Deliver and grow American Red Cross SAF programs at Kunsan Air Base by building military and community relationships, managing volunteers, ensuring service delivery (Whole Health, training, youth preparedness, disaster preparedness), reporting outcomes, and supporting deployments under strict medical and security requirements.
