Support the Planning, Budget, and Analysis Office by conducting budget/accounting review, reconciliations, and financial analyses. Prepare financial reports, develop state and self-supporting budgets, monitor fiscal-year budgets, assist with position management, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead complex or special projects for strategic planning and decision-making.

Manage and resolve complex workplace and labor issues, conduct investigations, advise managers and HR on employment and labor law, ensure consistent policy and collective bargaining application, deliver training, and partner with Legal and business leaders to mitigate risk and strengthen workplace culture.

Provide advanced word-processing and clerical support for administrators and faculty, produce complex correspondence and reports, maintain program websites, input and format grant data using Teleform, SPSS, EndNote, and Excel, and perform recordkeeping, customer relations, and other assigned administrative duties.

Provide administrative and fiscal support for the Pershing County Extension Office including office management, budgeting and financial recordkeeping, grant administration, program marketing, travel coordination, reception duties, and assistance with Extension programming.
