Provide executive-level administrative, operational, and financial support to the Marketing/Communications director. Manage project intake, timelines, workflows, and resource allocation in the department's project management system. Coordinate stakeholders, events, vendor relationships, and reporting; monitor budgets and reconcile invoices. Serve as liaison across campus, ensure project quality and on-time completion, and recommend workflow improvements. Occasional intercampus travel and support for events required.

The Controller will oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with policies while providing strategic leadership and managing financial staff. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, and collaboration with leadership.
