Serve as liaison to senior leadership and external partners, handling sensitive information with discretion and supporting division-wide operations and financial processes.

Manage creation and registration of special student populations (exchange, consortium, non-degree), coordinate project registrations (IQP, MQP, HU projects), create and register independent studies, record completion of degree requirements, support HECCMA and VA certification duties, respond to student/faculty inquiries, provide front desk backup, and recommend procedural improvements.

The Operations Manager will manage day-to-day operations of the Business School, adhering to policies, overseeing budget administration, and supporting staff needs.
