Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) front-line operations support: answer and route calls, manage route folders and filings, maintain supplies and reports, assist with deliveries when needed, perform data entry and reconciliation, and support staff engagement and event tasks.

Oversee Adult Activity Center meal and transportation services, supervise on-call directors/coordinators/volunteers, manage scheduling, data entry, reporting, invoices, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination to support program delivery and expansion.
