Leads the company’s insurance and claims management programs within Risk Management. Oversees procurement, renewals, policy structures, claims strategies, broker and carrier relationships, ERM integration, loss analysis, budgets, executive reporting, and risk transfer recommendations. Supervises and develops a Risk Management Specialist while using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve reporting, workflows, efficiency, and communication.
