Generates new ticket-sales revenue for Vegas Golden Knights games through outbound prospecting, pipeline development, presentations, closing, upselling, and account management. Maintains client relationships, tracks sales activity in CRM systems, supports ticketing events, and collaborates with internal teams. Requires a high-volume, goal-oriented sales approach and willingness to work game days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Sells premium seating memberships, suites, and ticket packages to corporate executives, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, networking, conducting client meetings and arena tours, managing sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, maintaining CRM and ticketing records, and achieving sales targets. The role includes occasional travel and evening, weekend, holiday, and game-day work.

Maintains bank, cash, fixed asset, prepaid expense, and account reconciliations; records depreciation and amortization; investigates discrepancies; supports receivables, collections, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, audits, and system implementations. The role also verifies payment documentation, improves accounting processes, collaborates cross-functionally, and provides ad hoc finance support in a sports and entertainment venue environment.

Manage budgeting, rolling forecasts, management reporting, variance analysis, executive dashboards, KPI guidance, business cases, ROI analyses, strategic plans, and long-range projections. Evaluate capital investments, support financing and covenant reporting, collaborate with Accounting, and improve financial systems and dashboards. The role requires partnership across sports and entertainment operations, flexible event-based scheduling, and occasional travel.

Manages enterprise risk and insurance programs across sports, venues, events, and construction operations. Oversees claims, contractual risk transfer, loss prevention, safety initiatives, compliance, insurance renewals, broker and carrier relationships, and risk reporting. Conducts assessments, analyzes loss trends, supports event safety planning, reviews contracts and coverage, and develops mitigation strategies while partnering with Legal, Finance, Operations, Security, Facilities, and People and Culture.

Manage relationships with season ticket members for the Henderson Silver Knights and Vegas Knight Hawks. Responsibilities include driving renewals, retention, upgrades, referrals, and revenue growth; resolving member concerns; maintaining CRM and ticketing data; supporting member events; attending games; and completing 40–50 proactive outbound calls daily. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer service, and relationship-building skills, along with regular evening and weekend availability.
