Provides administrative and technical HR support across payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, records management, performance evaluations, audits, and HR systems. Coordinates screenings, employee communications, public records requests, regulatory programs, and personnel documentation. Maintains confidential records, supports HR technology users, prepares reports and meeting materials, processes departmental purchases, and delivers customer service to employees and the public. The position is primarily on-site with occasional travel and field-site visits.
