Supports engineering projects through field planning, inspections, data analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and technical documentation. Coordinate assessments with system owners, security officers, developers, and IT operations personnel. Support IA RMF and continuous monitoring programs, provide remediation recommendations, and independently manage assessment activities.

Provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the DHC Office by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, stakeholder communications, taskers, records, executive materials, protocol requirements, and meeting logistics. Supports General Officer or SES-level executives and DHA or comparable Department of War headquarters organizations while maintaining classified-information access and coordinating executive engagements.

Lead and execute strategic engagement plans to build relationships with DoD and other stakeholders. Serve as primary point of contact, manage engagement rosters and reporting, develop communications strategies, advocate through presentations and written materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engagement activities with organizational objectives.

Requires Public Trust eligibility, PMBOK-based project management, budget experience, extensive relevant experience, onsite FAA meetings, and at least 40% travel.
