Leads cybersecurity engineering, Risk Management Framework activities, security control assessments, authorization artifact development, vulnerability management, and enterprise compliance oversight for Department of the Air Force financial management systems. Conducts mission-impact risk analysis, prepares ATO decision packages, translates DoD and Air Force cybersecurity policies into implementation guidance, briefs leadership and Authorizing Officials, validates engineering changes, and mentors cybersecurity analysts and ISSOs.

Leads enterprise cybersecurity management for Department of the Air Force financial management systems. Oversees the RMF lifecycle, security authorization artifacts, vulnerability and risk management, continuous monitoring, and ATO decision packages. Advises authorizing officials, system owners, ISSOs, engineers, and program managers on DoD and Air Force cybersecurity requirements. Provides system-level cybersecurity support for Air Force financial management systems. Supports RMF compliance, validates security controls, maintains authorization documentation in eMASS and ITIPS, tracks vulnerabilities and remediation, reviews patching and configurations, supports assessment events, and coordinates with engineers, administrators, developers, system owners, and Authorizing Official staff.

Lead engineering, deployment, optimization, and administration of the organization's Splunk SIEM environment. Architect and implement Splunk Enterprise Security, RBA, apps, dashboards, alerts, and integrations. Mentor Tier II staff, manage Linux-based Splunk infrastructure, perform tuning and troubleshooting, and produce documentation and change management for large-scale enterprise solutions.

Administer, deploy, and maintain MECM environments (on-prem, cloud, hybrid). Manage software packaging/deployment, OS deployment, patching, endpoint compliance, and integrations with Intune. Provide Tier II/III support, automate tasks with PowerShell, monitor MECM health, and support federal cybersecurity and compliance requirements.

Provides HR administrative and operational support across employee inquiries, onboarding and offboarding, Workday transactions, leave administration, performance management, employment verification, unemployment claims, records, reporting, and compliance. Coordinates I-9 and E-Verify processes, monitors HR workflows, supports training logistics, maintains confidentiality, and partners with HR business partners, legal, vendors, managers, and employees to resolve routine issues and improve HR processes.

Provides analytical, organizational, and operational support to executive decision-making within the Defense Health Agency. Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis, develops executive reports, dashboards, briefings, and strategic communications, tracks actions and staffing requirements, supports policy and governance documentation, coordinates reviews, and manages stakeholder relationships. The role requires expertise with the Military Health System and Defense Health Agency, executive task management, data visualization, and classified information access.

Conduct technical security assessments and risk assessments for complex information systems under NIST RMF guidelines. Develop security assessment plans, Security Assessment Reports, POA&M reports, authorization packages, system security plans, and contingency plans. Coordinate assessments with system owners, security officers, developers, and IT operations personnel. Support IA RMF and continuous monitoring programs, provide remediation recommendations, and independently manage assessment activities.

Provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the DHC Office by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, stakeholder communications, taskers, records, executive materials, protocol requirements, and meeting logistics. Supports General Officer or SES-level executives and DHA or comparable Department of War headquarters organizations while maintaining classified-information access and coordinating executive engagements.

Provides administrative and technical support for personnel security programs, including investigation requests, fingerprint reviews, adjudication support, position risk assessments, separations, database consistency reviews, and regulatory compliance. Advises stakeholders on personnel security processes, researches laws and policies, maintains procedures and training materials, delivers training, prepares reports, and supports special projects. The role requires proficiency with federal personnel security systems and the ability to obtain Tier 3 Secret access.
