The HR Generalist partners with management and employees on employee relations, investigations, compliance, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HRIS administration, reporting, and personnel documentation. The role provides HR guidance, resolves workplace issues, supports talent acquisition and development, maintains regulatory compliance, and delivers confidential administrative support while aligning HR services with organizational goals.

Leads the HR function, overseeing benefits, payroll, employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, performance management, leave administration, compliance, HRIS integrity, and employee initiatives. Partners with company leadership on HR strategy, organizational change, retention, talent acquisition, and process improvement. Handles investigations, policy development, regulatory compliance, reporting, and vendor relationships while maintaining confidentiality and supporting employee engagement.

Leads general accounting activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, month-end close, audit and tax preparation, and accounting process improvements. The role analyzes NetSuite transactions, supports cross-functional accounting requests, manages assigned daily accounting tasks, and contributes to special projects. Strong Excel skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication, and progressively responsible accounting experience are required.

Provides centralized HR support focused on employment compliance, employee relations, leave of absence and workers’ compensation administration, HR reporting, data integrity, and payroll support. Conducts audits, maintains confidential records, assists with investigations, interprets policies, coordinates vendors, supports HR initiatives, and advises managers and employees on HR processes and regulatory requirements.

Provides centralized HR support focused on employment compliance, employee relations, leave and workers’ compensation administration, HR reporting, data integrity, payroll support, audits, policy administration, and shared services coordination. Partners with HR leaders, managers, employees, vendors, and payroll teams while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring accurate, compliant HR operations.

Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards; perform data modeling and DAX calculations; support ETL (SSIS) and validate data across EMR/billing/CRM systems; gather and translate stakeholder requirements; liaise with offshore teams; perform testing, documentation, and ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance and data governance.
