Provide Tier I/II in-person and remote desktop support: deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, OS images, software, VoIP/AV and peripherals; perform patching, backups, asset inventory, documentation, onboarding, and user training while escalating complex issues to senior IT staff.

Provide Tier-2 technical support for CourseLeaf products: troubleshoot issues, perform non-development configuration, manage tickets, apply patches/upgrades, publish/advance milestones, maintain client documentation, liaise with development and internal teams, and educate clients. Support 85–115 clients across multiple modules and provide occasional weekend/holiday coverage.
