Develops, maintains, and troubleshoots complex academic and student information systems. Designs Workday reports, data extracts, databases, programs, and system integrations; analyzes data issues; translates user needs into solutions; tests and documents systems; supports users through training and troubleshooting; and provides technical guidance across Academic and Student Affairs.

Leads Media Services operations across Cascade and Rock Creek campuses, including classroom technology support, event AV execution, technician mentoring, project coordination, budget and purchasing tracking, ticket workflows, equipment maintenance, and vendor installations. Collaborates with IT, Facilities, Academic Departments, Event Services, and Bond teams to deliver reliable instructional and event technology support. Travels between campuses as needed and manages competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
