Course meets Monday evenings; expected enrolment ~80. Candidate must hold an MBA or Masters (Ph.D. preferred), a professional accounting designation, recent auditing experience, familiarity with CAS and IAS, and prior teaching experience.

Plan, organize, and promote Faculty of Engineering events (symposiums, conferences, lectures, awards, receptions). Manage budgets, vendors, volunteer teams, communications and promotional materials in both English and French. Coordinate international delegations, develop event strategies, maintain partner networks, and produce post-event reports and best-practice repositories.

Implements Faculty of Education communications and marketing strategies across web, social media, email and print. Updates and designs webpages and microsites, produces copy, drafts press materials, supports events, manages content schedules, assists with multimedia production, maintains databases, and ensures compliance with branding and web accessibility standards.

Support fundraising by managing prospect pipelines, developing prospect management tools, monitoring and analyzing data, training staff on systems and reporting, ensuring data integrity, and supporting prospect research and special projects.

Provide advanced SIS and systems support, lead business and process analysis, design and testing for complex academic processes. Manage data integrity, develop functional specifications, oversee implementations and change management, and act as escalation point for complex technical issues while collaborating with IT and stakeholders.

Provide administrative leadership for financial, HR, physical and material resources for the sector. Coordinate budgets, human resources inquiries, procurement, space and health-and-safety matters, and academic administration. Advise managers and faculty, ensure policy compliance, prepare reports, and act as a liaison between administrative teams and academic offices.

Lead and manage OCRO business operations projects: scope BI initiatives, gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, assess impacts and risks, design and test process improvements, support operational services, and liaise with stakeholders to implement and transition solutions.
