Responsibilities include explaining management in changing socioeconomic, political, and technological contexts; covering cooperative governance, ethical management, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and strategic governance; and applying real-world business examples. Candidates must develop and deliver course content, support student learning, and demonstrate recent professional experience relevant to the course.

Conducts confidential and impartial investigations, prepares reports, manages harassment and discrimination incidents, and leads related policy, training, prevention, and public education initiatives. Facilitates dispute resolution and dialogue while handling sensitive information with discretion. Requires extensive conflict management, investigation, legislative, program development, analytical, writing, and bilingual English/French expertise.
