Responsible for invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll coordination and rostering system reconciliations. Manage client rates, aged debt queries, supplier liaison, report generation, and Excel macro-driven process improvements while ensuring compliance with Fair Work, NES, and ATO guidelines.

Support recruitment operations across Health, Aviation & Defence: source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS/HRIS records and recruitment trackers, and assist the national recruitment team to ensure a positive candidate experience in a high-volume environment.

Provide accounts and administrative support to the Commercial team: process supplier invoices and purchase orders, manage vehicle fleet (accident management, purchases, expenses), coordinate travel bookings, deliver general office administration, and build strong internal and external customer relationships.

Greet and assist passengers at Brisbane Airport, provide directions and information, maintain high customer service standards, support passenger flow during peak times, and stand for extended shifts.

Provide strategic in-house legal counsel on employment and industrial relations. Manage litigation and Fair Work Commission matters, advise on unfair dismissal, disciplinary and workplace risk, support enterprise agreement negotiations and bargaining, draft and review employment contracts, policies and IFAs, manage external counsel, advise on compliance and workplace investigations, engage with unions, and support modern slavery and commercial projects.

Manage workforce rosters and service delivery for client portfolios: respond to operational requests, conduct employee welfare calls, maintain standards, and support day-shift rostering and training in Parramatta.

Lead identification, evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies across the organisation. Manage technology projects from planning to delivery, optimise enterprise solutions, partner with vendors, engage stakeholders, and drive change through training and documentation to ensure successful adoption.

Manage service delivery and client relationships for Queensland aviation clients, ensure compliance with aviation security regulations, lead teams, drive cost efficiencies, support business development, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, and oversee rostering and contract/tender management.
