Design and develop a Brandeis-compliant, instructor-facilitated hybrid microcredential course on AI literacy and practical applications for Jewish professionals. Responsibilities include creating the syllabus, multimedia materials, learning objects, and aligned assessments; serving as the subject matter expert; translating complex AI and policy concepts into accessible learning experiences; and collaborating with instructional designers while meeting LMS requirements, review cycles, and project deadlines.

Leads Brandeis University's institution-wide information security program, including cybersecurity operations, governance, risk management, compliance, incident response, resilience, vendor security, and awareness initiatives. Advises executive leadership, faculty, researchers, and staff while managing a security team and balancing academic openness with protection of university data, technology, and research.

Provide budget and financial transaction support (Workday/COUPA), process payments, assist with fiscal year-end tasks, coordinate hourly student hiring, and manage office operations including facilities, mail, supplies, and event logistics while serving as a resource to faculty, staff, and students.

Plan and execute seminars, journal clubs, retreats, symposia, conferences and related logistics; coordinate publicity, website, blog, and social media updates; liaise with faculty, speakers, vendors, and campus offices; handle travel, reimbursements, honoraria, and event set-up/cleanup; provide cross-functional support as needed.

Serve as the operational lead for Student Accessibility Support: manage office communications and operations, recruit and supervise student staff, oversee assistive technology and loan programs, provide accessibility trainings and document remediation, and support exams, events, and departmental operations.

Lead alumni-student mentoring and networking programs, manage career events and logistics, recruit and train volunteers, maintain engagement data across platforms, collaborate with campus partners, and use data to evaluate and improve career programs and student outcomes.

Manage and steward employer and alumni relationships to drive repeat engagement; guide employers through hiring and internship processes; own employer-side Handshake operations and CRM records; create employer resources and track data to inform outreach; coordinate across Career Services and share employer insights; participate in professional development and perform related operational tasks.

Lead development and operations of university-wide experiential learning programs (internships, research partnerships, fellowships, community-engaged work). Build partnerships with employers, alumni, faculty, donors, and IT; design systems and a student platform; track participation and outcomes; supervise one assistant director and represent the function across campus.

Develops and implements public programs and community engagement initiatives for exhibitions and collections. Manages event planning and execution, outreach, partnerships, budgets, interns/vendors, and digital marketing support. Regular on-site presence with periodic evenings/weekends. Tracks records, evaluations, and funding opportunities while collaborating with curatorial, education, campus, and community partners to increase participation and accessibility.

Create, edit, and publish audience-centered web content across university sites; apply SEO/GEO and accessibility best practices; collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and editorial teams; contribute to site redesign and content strategy; use CMS, analytics, and AI tools to optimize content and measure performance.
