Perform daily-to-monthly bookkeeping for high-net-worth clients: accounts payable, journal entries, bank/brokerage/credit card reconciliations, vendor management, Form 1099 processing, transaction recording, client file maintenance, ad hoc analysis, and prompt client communication.

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives including C-suite: manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, expenses, presentations, and confidential information. Coordinate meeting logistics, vendor and relationship management, team events, ad-hoc projects and errands, and provide backup to other assistants while supporting internal and client-facing projects.

Support wealth management teams by researching and entering financial projections and investment analyses, assisting client service teams, developing client communication and technical skills, and learning under supervision to support client relationships.

Provide tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, prepare and review individual, fiduciary, nonprofit, and entity tax filings, research complex tax issues, support time-sensitive client requests, and collaborate within a small integrated family office team.

Manage end-to-end client onboarding for new accounts: prepare and process custodial paperwork and WMA, coordinate signatures, manage asset transfers (ACATs, rollovers, wires), deliver client service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely account setup and funding.

Prepare financial plans, investment reports, tax and estate analyses; gather client data; support Wealth Advisors in client meetings; document tasks and coordinate service execution; manage simple projects and learn complex planning; build community and COI relationships.

Lead and support end-to-end strategic and operational projects for the Institutional Relationships team. Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, track KPIs, prepare executive presentations and dashboards, conduct research and analysis, support change management, and partner with data/reporting to build models and visualizations that inform operational decisions and improve client experience.

Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls, VLANs, routing/switching, wireless, VPNs and monitoring. Deploy new office network hardware, perform cabling and ISP turn-up, and participate in change management. Provide operational support for Cisco ISE and Firepower environments, troubleshoot using packet-capture tools, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and End User Services teams.
