Coordinate with project managers, follow project plans and statements of work, communicate with clients remotely and onsite, identify scope changes, troubleshoot infrastructure, and complete detailed project documentation and closeout activities.

Execute end-to-end infrastructure implementation projects for client environments, including Windows Server deployments, virtualization migrations, firewall configuration, routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs. Work from project plans and statements of work, coordinate with project managers, communicate directly with clients, identify scope changes, perform remote and onsite delivery, and complete thorough project documentation and closeout activities.

Resolves complex Level 2 escalations involving networks, servers, cloud infrastructure, VoIP, Windows systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Provides advanced troubleshooting, collaborates on long-term solutions, maintains technical documentation, mentors junior staff, and supports maintenance or incidents outside normal hours.
