The Director manages portfolio governance, performance systems, financial analysis, and risk monitoring to drive growth and investment returns.

Provide loan servicing and collections support for past-due mortgage and home equity loans, assist members with foreclosure prevention alternatives, handle inbound/outbound loss mitigation calls, prepare and send notices, perform loan research and payment corrections, maintain loan documentation and imaging, submit loss mitigation invoices, and ensure compliance with applicable federal and credit union regulations.
