Manages treasury and liquidity functions for AIA Malaysia entities, including daily operational funding, bank accounts, online banking and SAP transactions, cash forecasting, credit facilities, bank documentation, guarantees, and intercompany transfers. Ensures regulatory and process compliance, investigates unusual balances, supports reporting, audits, agreements, system enhancements, UAT, and continuous automation. Collaborates with bankers, internal stakeholders, auditors, legal teams, and company secretaries while meeting strict deadlines.

Provides business analysis for technology project delivery by gathering stakeholder requirements, creating BRDs, workflows, wireframes, user stories, and UAT plans. Lead a sub-team to deliver end-to-end IFRS 17 reporting: prepare, analyze, and communicate IFRS financial results; lead technical IFRS 17 assessments; manage and develop staff; and coordinate projects with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to support company strategy.

Manages corporate account sales and revenue targets by identifying opportunities, developing partner and intermediary relationships, closing new business, supporting renewals and after-sales activities, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role also coaches Corporate Accounts Officers, collaborates with internal operations teams, uses data and metrics to guide relationships, and recommends or approves rates and benefits for approved accounts.

Conducts quality assurance and due diligence for corporate solutions brokers, including questionnaire reviews, background checks, license verification, annual reviews, broker registration, and license management. Supports process improvement, audit communication, operational meetings, service standards, staff coaching, delegation, and team coordination across departments.

Provide AML guidance and advisory on operational risk and controls. Perform name screening using Nice Actimize, conduct Dow Jones watchlist checks, escalate hits to Compliance and senior management, manage end-to-end CDD processes and alert closures, review procedures to identify and resolve errors, and complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Responsible for capturing and managing data for analytics, ensuring data accuracy, adhering to compliance regulations, and assisting in various tasks as needed.

Support and oversee whistleblowing, case management, and anti-fraud frameworks across the Group. Triage and manage cases via CMIS, monitor WB hotline, prepare governance and MI reports, advise BUs on standards, coordinate stakeholders, and support programme improvements, awareness campaigns, and sensitive escalations.

Lead and develop a Data Science and AI team while owning the advanced analytics roadmap and delivery portfolio. Guide predictive analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI products from discovery through production, adoption, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Partner with technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, vendors, and senior executives to ensure responsible governance, reliable operations, measurable business outcomes, and sustainable adoption.
