The Human Resources Specialist performs various administrative HR tasks such as processing transactions, managing employee records, aiding recruitment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains software applications. Translates stakeholder requirements into solutions, implements security measures, performs backups/updates, uses testing frameworks, supports senior staff, and stays current with development best practices.

Administer and optimize JAMF Pro for enterprise macOS devices: provisioning, enrollment (ABM/ADE), policy and profile management, software packaging/deployment, security baseline/compliance, identity integrations, automation scripting, reporting, and Tier II/III support aligned with federal cybersecurity standards.

Administer and maintain MECM infrastructure for a federal customer, including cloud/hybrid deployments. Perform software packaging and deployment, OSD imaging, patch management via WSUS, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation with PowerShell, Intune/co-management integration, compliance with federal security standards, documentation, and Tier II/III support.

Provide administrative and operational support to program leadership, coordinate IPTs and recurring reviews, manage scheduling and strategic calendars, collect inputs for risk boards, prepare briefs and reports, develop policies and process improvements, lead teams on special projects, and support short- and long-range planning.

Provide front-office administrative support for FAA: answer phones, manage calendars and travel, schedule and support meetings (Teams/Zoom), draft and format correspondence using FAA guides, update SharePoint and forms, perform data entry and report distribution, assist with timesheet coordination (CASTLE), and serve as backup for other admins. Must obtain required customer clearance.

Entry-level engineering support for NAS systems including software/hardware design, integration, testing, and implementation. Assist with system analysis, documentation, test execution, and compliance with FAA/IEEE standards. Support Unix/Linux and client/server environments, basic programming troubleshooting, CAD drafting, logistics/asset management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams under senior guidance.

Manage and control the full lifecycle of federal contracts: coordinate stakeholders and subcontractors, assign work, oversee budgets and personnel, ensure contractual compliance and timely deliverables, mentor project managers, and report program status to government stakeholders.

Provide onsite administrative support to FAA stakeholders, managing multimedia documents, scheduling video/teleconferences, preparing briefings and training materials, tracking projects, taking meeting notes, handling travel and timekeeping, and maintaining SOPs. Requires familiarity with AAM processes and MMAC administrative experience.

Provide first-line IT support: answer helpdesk calls, troubleshoot desktop and application issues, reset passwords, monitor systems, document and escalate tickets, and follow SOPs to resolve user issues.
