Provide administrative and technical support for personnel security operations, including review and processing of investigation requests, adjudicative analysis using CFR/OPM standards, database consistency checks, fingerprint review, training development/delivery, policy/procedure maintenance, reporting, and customer support for internal and external stakeholders.

Leads enterprise total rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, wellness, executive incentives, workforce cost modeling, compliance, and governance. Advises executive leadership, oversees compensation and benefits managers, supports government contracting labor pricing, develops financial models and dashboards, partners on Workday and HRIS enhancements, and drives operational improvements. Ensures programs are competitive, financially sustainable, compliant, and aligned with organizational growth and employee needs.

Manages a high-volume portfolio of concurrent HR projects from initiation through closeout. Develops project plans, coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors, manages resources, risks, dependencies, issues, and scope changes, and provides dashboards and leadership reporting. Supports HR technology implementations involving Workday, requirements gathering, testing, communications, training readiness, and post-launch activities. Facilitates governance, stakeholder alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement across HR initiatives.

Administer and maintain MECM infrastructure for a federal customer, including cloud/hybrid deployments. Perform software packaging and deployment, OSD imaging, patch management via WSUS, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation with PowerShell, Intune/co-management integration, compliance with federal security standards, documentation, and Tier II/III support.

Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Deputy National Coordinator, including scheduling, records management, gap analysis, event coordination, Concur travel processing, Microsoft Office deliverables, handling sensitive information, and managing multiple time-sensitive priorities independently and within teams.

Manage and control the full lifecycle of federal contracts: coordinate stakeholders and subcontractors, assign work, oversee budgets and personnel, ensure contractual compliance and timely deliverables, mentor project managers, and report program status to government stakeholders.

Lead and execute strategic engagement plans to build relationships with DoD and other stakeholders. Serve as primary point of contact, coordinate engagement requests, produce weekly reports, develop communication strategies, advocate the organization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engagement with agency objectives.

Manage daily liquidity and cash positioning, perform bank reconciliations and payment processing, forecast cash flow, analyze bank fees, support audits and compliance, coordinate bank accounts, integrate treasury systems, monitor investments, and identify automation opportunities.

Support intake, staffing, coordination, and execution of strategic engagement plans with DoD stakeholders. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, produce engagement reports, develop communication strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engagements with agency objectives. Serve as primary point of contact for engagement requests.

Supports FAA Remote Tower research, development, safety studies, technical reviews, data analysis, and implementation. Develops operational concepts, strategies, schedules, budgets, spend plans, site preparation and installation plans, technical documentation, agreements, reports, and executive briefings. Coordinates with FAA stakeholders, vendors, and industry partners; evaluates deliverables and provides technical and programmatic recommendations. Requires Public Trust eligibility, PMBOK knowledge, budget experience, onsite FAA meetings, and at least 40% travel.
