Provide hands-on generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance and absence management, training, policy administration, HR reporting, and wellbeing initiatives. Ensure compliance with UK employment law and support managers during change, disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy processes while maintaining accurate employee records.
