Lead development and execution of integrated internal communications and marketing strategies for OHRM and campus stakeholders. Serve as lead writer/editor for OHRM materials, manage web presence and vendors, collaborate with university communicators, and measure communications to support employee engagement, recruitment, and employer branding.

Develop and execute multi-channel content (web, email, social, multimedia) to support enrollment goals. Serve as liaison to admissions partners, manage project timelines in a PM system, produce/edit written and visual assets, use data to inform communication plans, and collaborate with designers, photographers, and web staff.

Provide administrative oversight for a university unit: monitor operations, assist staff/faculty/students, supervise staff, produce reports and handle basic financial/budgetary tasks, maintain supplies, and enforce policies and procedures.

Advise students, faculty, and staff on education abroad opportunities; manage applications and program administration; coordinate marketing and outreach (including social media and orientations); liaise with campus units and academic departments for credit equivalencies; develop re-entry programming and support inclusive global learning experiences.

Build and maintain responsive, accessible recruitment web experiences and custom portals using front-end technologies and CRM-driven data (Slate). Implement personalization, integrate CRM/marketing systems, partner with marketing and admissions, and improve recruitment technical capabilities.
