Develops and maintains databases and data tools for Navy inventory, maintenance, and allowance data. Builds import, export, reporting, metrics, and visualization capabilities; accesses Navy systems; analyzes performance data; and provides recommendations to improve command readiness. The role primarily supports CNSL remotely, with occasional visits to Navy ships and facilities and approximately 10% travel.

Manage users, access, reports, configurations, inventory, policies, outages, and operational support across SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps environments. Develop trend reports, monitor daily operations, coordinate portfolio meetings, provide status updates, and collaborate with customers, managers, and cross-organizational teams.

Administer and migrate Confluence spaces into the Orion environment, build templates/layouts/forms, manage permissions, respond to user Jira tickets, document runbooks and migrations, report status, and escalate to DevOps as needed. Requires active DoW Secret clearance.

Administer and migrate Jira and Jira Service Management projects into the Orion environment, respond to JSM tickets, perform pre-migration assessments, create migration files and templates, stage and validate migrations, develop custom migration solutions, maintain runbooks/scripts, coordinate with customers and vendors, and provide weekly status reports.
