Lead and manage all day-to-day HR functions including benefits, compensation, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, compliance, HRIS oversight, performance management, and HR communications. Supervise HR team, conduct investigations, partner on budgets, and drive HR initiatives to support strategic business objectives. Occasional overnight travel required.
