Serve as Chief Engineer aboard the R/V Virginia, directing shipboard engineering operations, maintenance, and repairs. Lead data governance, ensure audit readiness and compliance, support finance leadership, manage enhancements and testing, and act as primary Workday finance consultant and named vendor contact.

Create brand-aligned visual communications across print, presentation and campaign materials. Develop templates and reusable assets, prepare production-ready files, coordinate with vendors, apply accessibility best practices, and collaborate with writers, photographers and marketing teams to meet deadlines and strategic goals.

Coordinate and support university events from planning through execution, manage office operations and inventory, handle administrative inquiries, maintain event and departmental web/content, reconcile event budgets, and provide onsite event support and stakeholder coordination.
