Prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, support month-end close, and oversee accounts payable and receivable. The role also handles inventory counts, accruals, prepaid expenses, billing, collections, reporting, budgeting support, audits, tax compliance, and process improvements while collaborating with operations, supply chain, and sales teams.

Maintains financial records, manages accounts payable and receivable, processes invoices and expenses, reconciles accounts, supports month-end close, tracks inventory, and assists with restaurant accounting and reporting. The role is onsite five days weekly in Chicago and may support offsite company events.

Lead accounting, financial reporting, monthly close, cash management, internal controls, compliance, inventory and cost accounting, trade spend, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting. Manage the accounting team, external audits, tax coordination, working capital, and manufacturing plant finance partnerships. The role reports to the CEO, supports Board and investor reporting, and requires on-site work in Chicago with periodic travel to a manufacturing facility in North Carolina.
