Lead the people side of HammondCare's technology transformation: develop and maintain change frameworks, drive adoption and business readiness, coordinate communications, training and transition activities, assess impacts and risks across multiple initiatives, support operational leaders, and monitor adoption, benefits realization and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology infrastructure projects across hospitals, aged care and corporate sites. Manage plans, budgets, risks, vendors and stakeholders for network, cloud, communications, workplace technology and facility upgrades. Ensure governance, security, site readiness, cutovers and smooth transition into operations while coordinating clinical, facilities and technology teams.

Design, build and optimise enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI/Tableau). Develop semantic models and datasets, apply UX and visual design principles, translate business needs into actionable visualisations, optimise report performance, ensure governance and consistency, and support adoption and self-service analytics across the organisation.

Lead QA strategy and testing across multi-vendor digital transformation initiatives. Define test plans, coordinate end-to-end, integration, regression and UAT, manage defects and release readiness, drive automation and testing maturity, and report quality metrics to stakeholders.

Lead design and delivery of end-to-end full-stack and AI solutions, owning features from design to production. Build front-end and back-end systems, data pipelines, LLM integrations, ensure governance and clinical safety, and provide hands-on technical leadership while coordinating stakeholders.

Provide ongoing support, maintenance and optimisation of the Workday HCM platform and modules. Configure Workday, manage service requests, deliver change management, business improvement projects, and ensure positive user experience and system documentation.

Serve as a Salesforce-focused Business Analyst: engage stakeholders, run elicitation workshops, map processes, translate needs into user stories with acceptance criteria, support UAT and training, document project requirements, and support the technical team in agile delivery.

Establish and improve the enterprise Data Quality Management Framework; implement automated monitoring and validation; investigate and remediate complex data quality issues; build metrics and dashboards; partner with business and technology teams to improve governance, metadata, lineage and data reliability to support reporting, analytics and AI.

Develop, maintain and extend HammondCare's Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC/Aura, Flows and Omnistudio. Build integrations (MuleSoft/REST/SOAP), implement UI components, follow Salesforce best practices, participate in Agile ceremonies, use DevOps/release tools, peer-review code, and support administrators, analysts and architects across the IT team.

The Data Architect is responsible for defining and evolving enterprise data architecture, ensuring data is secure, usable, and compliant, while improving data quality across clinical and corporate domains.
