Design and develop high-throughput, stateless SIP microservices in Go for mission-critical, multi-site deployments. Build SIP protocol translation layers, ZeroMQ concurrency and messaging patterns, distributed state and security mechanisms, throttling, batch scheduling, backoff handling, load-balancer routing, DNS SRV logic, and OpenTelemetry observability. Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams while maintaining strict throughput and latency targets.

Design and develop a high-throughput, mission-critical active-active microservice framework for multi-site traffic routing and load distribution. Build FSM-based routing engines, WAS algorithms, gRPC APIs, RabbitMQ messaging, leader election, consensus, caching, persistence, observability, security, and automated deployment systems. Ensure scalability exceeding 3,000 assignments per second while handling network partitions, quorum scenarios, data migration, and site isolation.

Lead design and execute end-to-end validation for embedded access-control firmware. Build HIL automation, test drivers and middleware, debug hardware/software interactions with lab instruments, validate network/security stacks and communication protocols, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure testability and product reliability.

Manages customer relationships, service contracts, SLA compliance, renewals, change requests, subcontractor deliverables, reporting, and service quality for public safety customers. Acts as the primary customer contact, resolves concerns, coordinates service delivery transitions, supports forecasting and revenue growth, and manages statements of work, purchase orders, vendors, and customer support plans. The role requires regional travel and collaboration with customers, field teams, partners, and internal operations groups.

Develops relationships with architects, electrical engineers, and security consultants across the Northeast; educates accounts through lunch-and-learns and project meetings; generates product specification and sales opportunities; and executes sector-focused marketing plans. Requires extensive experience selling video surveillance and security solutions in new construction, knowledge of construction design processes and low-voltage security systems, and familiarity with security needs in airports, data centers, and critical infrastructure. Travel exceeds 50%.
