Leads Agropur’s Cooperative Affairs function across Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. Defines cooperative vision and member-engagement strategies, oversees member services, producer payments, patronage dividends, governance support, communications, budgets, partnerships, and a team of approximately ten employees. Advises senior leadership and Board committees while strengthening cooperative participation, services, and long-term sustainability.

Provides enterprise technical leadership for membrane separation systems used in dairy processing. Responsibilities include designing, optimizing, troubleshooting, and setting standards for RO, UF, NF, and MF applications; reviewing capital projects and vendor proposals; supporting operational excellence; evaluating emerging technologies; and advising facilities on technical decisions.

Processes monthly member payroll and milk payments by validating delivery data, calculating payments, applying adjustments, reconciling general ledger accounts, and generating payment files and statements. Supports member registry and capital management activities in GELS, tests and deploys IT system changes, and helps optimize payroll processes with the IT team. The role requires collaboration, policy compliance, and communication in French and English.

Leads database and middleware operations across Oracle, SQL Server, and Oracle E-Business Suite environments. Responsibilities include provisioning, configuration, performance optimization, security, backup and disaster recovery, high availability, automation, incident resolution, technical documentation, and infrastructure project delivery. This leader drives cross-functional collaboration, decision-making, value realization, and transformation delivery across a complex, capital-intensive manufacturing environment.

Plans and leads food product and process innovation from ideation through commercialization, including laboratory, pilot, industrial trials, formulations, specifications, sensory evaluations, and qualification. Provides technical support to manufacturing, marketing, regulatory, engineering, procurement, suppliers, and B2B customers. Identifies cost-reduction and performance-improvement opportunities, resolves technical issues and complaints, evaluates new technologies, and supports regulatory compliance.

Leads PLC, HMI, DCS, process-control programming, troubleshooting, instrumentation configuration, and automation system improvements. Develops specifications, applications, data models, documentation, and electrical/control designs while supporting plant production and engineering projects. Provides technical guidance, training, and oversight to PLC Automation Technicians. Maintains Allen-Bradley and FactoryTalk systems, troubleshoots motors, drives, control loops, sensors, and industrial equipment, and ensures compliance with electrical codes, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
