Provide administrative and coordination support for recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations. Schedule interviews, manage recruitment and onboarding workflows, maintain confidential personnel records, support Talent Acquisition and HR leadership, monitor background checks and compliance, respond to HR inquiries, and manage office logistics to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and payroll/timecard management for Continuing Education Teaching Assistants and Pre-College Monitors. Serve as backup for instructor hiring, process expense reimbursements and invoices, liaise with HR, Student Employment, Procurement, and Finance, and support hiring process improvements and special projects.

The Compensation Analyst develops and administers compensation programs, performs job evaluations, conducts market analysis, and collaborates with HR and management to ensure equitable salary structures.
