Work is primarily weekday day shift, with occasional evening or weekend involvement possible.

Provides executive and human resources support, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, reports, records maintenance, onboarding, benefits administration, background checks, I-9 processing, employee licensure tracking, FMLA and COBRA paperwork, orientation, and volunteer scheduling. The role also supports board and medical staff meetings, employee files, compliance documentation, surveys, contracts, and administrative communications.
