This position is responsible for supporting Epic training onboarding, assisting with technical issues, managing training space, and performing administrative tasks to ensure a smooth experience for trainees.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Asthma, Allergy and Immunology section director and faculty, including calendar and schedule management, travel and expense coordination, event planning and vendor management, document preparation using Microsoft Office, procurement support, and ensuring smooth office operations while collaborating with administrative colleagues.

Support and maintain IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure; implement security; handle equipment installs and departmental moves; train and support end users; contribute to IT strategy, change management, and operational planning to ensure reliable technology services.

Source, screen, and build pipelines of qualified nursing candidates using creative sourcing, social media, job posts, databases, and phone screens. Determine effective sourcing strategies, attend recruiting events, and ensure compliant documentation while partnering with stakeholders to meet staffing objectives.

Develops instructional programs and informational content (print, video, web) for caregivers, providers, and educators serving individuals with disabilities. Delivers training, technical assistance, and workshops; consults with teachers and service providers to design goals, behavior supports, and specialized programs. Participates in quality improvement and team initiatives.
