Performs advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, reporting, dashboard development, and database design for Population Sciences research. Oversees data quality, governance, compliance, participant accrual tracking, and reporting across REDCap, Velos, and other systems. Provides actionable insights, supports NCI reporting, improves data processes, and advises less experienced analysts while serving as a central data resource for investigators and leadership.

Advises principal investigators and department leaders, coordinates with internal stakeholders and sponsors, and supervises sponsored programs staff while ensuring adherence to University policies, federal Uniform Guidance, and sponsor requirements.

Advises on registration, billing, financial aid, student accounts, and campus services; processes documents and Cane Cards; manages cases through phone, email, chat, and in-person channels; researches and resolves inquiries; protects confidential records under FERPA and GLBA; and collaborates with campus offices to address complex issues.
