Coordinates employer engagement and recruiting events, career fairs, interviews, workshops, and student programs. Markets events through newsletters, social media, and other communications channels; supports employer registration and Handshake postings; schedules meetings; manages event logistics, marketing, and catering; responds to recruiter inquiries; trains and supervises student staff; and ensures employers have a positive recruiting experience.

Conducts research using crewed and uncrewed tropical cyclone reconnaissance data to improve hurricane analysis and forecasting. Develops and evaluates machine learning methods for estimating tropical cyclone surface winds, creates real-time products for National Hurricane Center testing, runs and verifies HAFS forecasts, manages and visualizes complex data, uses high-performance computing, publishes findings, and presents results at conferences.

Lead IT finance and administration: manage budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, payroll costing, internal controls, contracts, and staff supervision. Serve as Workday/Tidemark liaison, oversee software budget and approvals, produce forecasts and dashboards, coordinate year-end close, and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Administers and configures the undergraduate Technolutions Slate CRM, building workflows, forms, portals, automations, communications, reports, dashboards, and integrations. Troubleshoots data loads, mappings, system issues, and data integrity problems; supports admissions and financial aid decision processes; gathers requirements and designs scalable solutions. Provides user training, documentation, onboarding, stakeholder communication, and mentorship while partnering with Enrollment Management, IT, Marketing, Financial Aid, and external partners.

Manages Frost School of Music social media, website, email, and digital communications. Creates and schedules platform-specific content, designs branded creative assets, maintains CMS content, monitors analytics, supports digital advertising, coordinates approvals and project timelines, and promotes programs, events, faculty, students, alumni, and institutional initiatives. The role also maintains digital asset libraries, ensures brand and accessibility compliance, collaborates with campus stakeholders, and occasionally attends events outside regular business hours to capture content.

Manage sponsored program cash drawdowns and post-award research accounting, ensuring compliance with sponsor terms, federal regulations (OMB Uniform Guidance), and university policies. Prepare and review drawdown requests, reconcile expenditures and awards, produce financial and audit schedules (including Single Audit), respond to audit requests, analyze grant financials, maintain documentation, implement controls, and provide guidance and training to stakeholders and staff.

The Executive Director, Institutional Giving oversees fundraising for Sylvester, develops strategies for donor engagement, and leads collaborative efforts to secure major gifts, while advising leadership on compliance and trends in philanthropy.

Analyze and improve IT systems and business processes for the health system. Triage application issues, test releases, train users, monitor availability, design process and inventory controls, collect and analyze data, prepare cost/time estimates and presentations, and recommend efficiency and productivity improvements.
