The Vice President of Communications at WWP leads communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, manage crisis communications, and drive integrated campaigns while mentoring the communications team and overseeing media relations.

The Major Gifts Officer manages relationships with major donors, driving fundraising efforts, cultivating new prospects, and ensuring effective communication and relationship management for Wounded Warrior Project.

Designs and executes manual test cases, documents procedures, analyzes test results, identifies and reports defects, and recommends system improvements. Supports end-to-end and performance testing, maintains test data integrity, mentors peers, updates ITSM knowledge, and communicates test status to stakeholders to ensure reliable, high-quality software releases.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), integrations, data migrations, and Communities/Portal. Ensure data quality, support operations, manage multiple projects, implement best practices, evaluate AppExchange/SSO solutions, and mentor the team.

Coordinate cross-functional program initiatives to improve and integrate WWP services, recommend and implement process enhancements, support rollouts, develop operational processes and presentations, collaborate with teams, and ensure timely communications and maintenance. Participate in trainings and apply Salesforce knowledge to improve warrior experience.

Provide in-house legal counsel across contracting, compliance, IP, privacy, data security, and technology governance. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, modernize legal operations and contracting workflows, advise on regulatory matters, prepare policies and legal memos, identify and mitigate legal risks, and support training under the Assistant General Counsel's supervision.

Lead cross-functional work groups to integrate and improve WWP programs, recommend and implement process changes, manage post-implementation operations, coordinate communications, support rollout of strategic initiatives, serve as an organizational expert on programs, and drive adoption to enhance the personalized warrior experience.
