The Resource Development & Management Advisor will focus on funding acquisition and compliance, managing donor relationships, and capacity building for project management among MFIs to support VisionFund's mission of financial inclusion.

Manage and support project implementation, M&E, budgeting and donor reporting; build staff capacity and coach teams; strengthen partner relationships; integrate DRR and WASH programming; design and deliver technical training; draft semi-annual and annual reports and support program quality and scaling efforts.

Manage communications team, produce multimedia and written materials, coordinate media and stakeholder engagement, support advocacy and policy messaging, maintain brand consistency, and strengthen partnerships across humanitarian, development and peacebuilding contexts. Travel up to 30%.

Manage COAST project finances including payment processing, budget monitoring, donor-compliant reporting, grant reimbursement support, audits, partner financial oversight, field verification visits, and capacity building to ensure timely, compliant financial management.

Lead day-to-day implementation of the Blue Corridor marine conservation project: plan and monitor budgets and workplans, manage staff and partners, ensure technical biodiversity outcomes, coordinate community livelihood and DRR activities, maintain stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance with donor and World Vision requirements, and produce timely technical and financial reports.

Lead and manage the COAST project across Vietnam, ensuring timely, compliant delivery of conservation and livelihood activities. Oversee WVV and IUCN coordination, stakeholder engagement, MEAL, grant and financial management, risk mitigation, and knowledge sharing while providing team leadership and adaptive project oversight.
