Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, controls, audits, and financial planning for a growing physician-owned gastroenterology organization. Partner with executives, physicians, and the Board on financial performance, strategic growth, business cases, partnerships, compensation models, and expansion initiatives. Manage and develop the finance team while improving processes, reporting infrastructure, and organizational scalability. The role may progress into CFO-level leadership within 12 months.
