Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions across multiple systems, verify invoices, apply discounts, process payments and intercompany transactions, reconcile vendor statements and GL accounts, support month-end close and check runs, forward fixed asset invoices, maintain AP records, and communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.

Provides customer service and administrative accounting support for the Energy Department. Responsibilities include processing fuel and gas billings, accounts payable, cash cards, inventories, pricing updates, contracts, energy assistance programs, and reports. The role requires compliance with regulations and safety policies, office equipment operation, and ongoing training. Accounting or related post-high-school education is required, though experience may substitute; two or more years of accounting experience and Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred.

Handle grain operations by loading/unloading trucks, testing grain quality, maintaining facilities, and ensuring safety compliance. Assist with customer service and other departments as needed.
