Lead HR operations including employee relations, leave administration, recruitment/onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits coordination, compliance, workforce planning, performance management, reporting, and HR projects. Supervise HR Assistant and act for HR Generalist when needed. Support leadership with policy, job classification, compensation benchmarking, process improvements, and training in a Tribal FQHC environment.
