Performs non-profit fund accounting and month-end close tasks, prepares financial statements and tax returns, reconciles accounts, supports audits, recommends controls and process improvements, and provides accounting backup and guidance.

Manage patient accounts receivable: submit and follow up insurance claims, code services, prepare statements, collect and post payments, assist with scheduling and intake, maintain records, perform office clerical duties, and support billing operations and financial controls.

Manage organizational financial health: supervise accounting operations and staff, ensure compliance with tax and reporting standards, prepare reconciliations and forecasts, advise leadership, develop policies and strategic financial plans, and identify cost- and profitability-improvement opportunities.
